Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsabilty of the receiving customer.

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 7-9 business days to allow processing time. If we antecipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. If you have any questions about lead time on a specific item, please contact us at stardust@stardustcovers.com with your questions.

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it.

 

You can return any items purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you received them. The returning shipping cost, customs taxes and brokerage fees will be at the customer expense. Before sending back any item please contact us at stardust@stardustcovers.com, we will guide you through the return, or replacement process. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately reimburse you and send you a confirmation email.
